How durable are digital prints and photographic prints?
The long-term stability of pigment prints and real photographic prints is one of the most important indicators of its quality. For this reason, we exclusively uses brand-name manufacturers for all the materials we use, and production methods proven over many years. For rinsing, fixing, and drying, we make extra special effort to further increase the durability. As a result, we can promise fade-resistant prints and photographs for at least 75 years in exhibition conditions. You can also positively influence the colorfastness by keeping direct sunlight and high humidity away from your piece.

Can I have my order delivered to a parcel pickup station or package shop?
Unfortunately, delivery to a Packstation or to a parcel shop is not yet possible.
Please note that no delivery guarantees can be given for individually entered data of this type and in case of doubt we will deliver to the billing address.

How do I clean Acrylic Photo Prints, Metal Prints or Photo Canvases?
You can dust your picture with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth (a microfiber cloth, for example). To make sure you can enjoy your WhiteWall piece for as long as possible do not use any glass cleaning products for acrylic or aluminum mounting. Avoid applying too much pressure when wiping the surface.

Can I use a different shipping address?
Yes. While placing your order, you can enter a shipping address that is different from your billing address. The shipping address may be in another country as long as WhiteWall delivers to that country. The shipping costs will then be adjusted for the intended destination.

Can I choose which parcel service will deliver my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer the selection of a preferred parcel service.
The decision as to which of our partners will be commissioned to make a delivery for you is made automatically depending on dimensions, weight and destination region.
Should you wish to exclude a particular service partner at your location or region for compelling reasons, please contact our customer service.

In which cases can I revoke and return an order?
Since we manufacture your order individually for you, a right of withdrawal is unfortunately excluded. Hereby we follow the legal regulation on the right of withdrawal and return for distance contracts in germany and europe.

What countries does Moon.Works deliver to?
Our delivery countries and the resulting shipping costs can be found at the bottom of our website, in the overview table "Shipping & Delivery Times".
For non-EU countries, depending on the country of delivery, you may incur customs duties, import VAT as additional costs as well as extended delivery times. These vary from country to country.
Please note that delivery to other countries is possible, but the billing address must be Germany. To select a non-German billing address, please switch to one of our country-specific websites.
For orders from Austria, Italy, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, other countries in Europe, the United States, as well as for orders from all over the world, we always offer you the best prices and the best possible service with our country-specific websites.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Despite extensive and secure packaging of your order, shipping damage can unfortunately never be 100% ruled out. If there is already visible damage to the packaging during delivery, please check the contents in the presence of the delivery person.
If you already notice damage in this case, we would like to ask you to photograph the damage with your cell phone and refuse acceptance.
Of course, it can also happen that damage, for example due to strong vibration, is not visible from the outside and can only be detected after receipt and when unpacking the shipment. Please record the damage by means of two meaningful photos and contact our customer service immediately with the damage pictures:

To pay easily and securely with PayPal, log in to your PayPal account, review your order and release the payment. After confirming your payment, you will be returned to our shop Fast, easy and secure.
Your payment is usually collected after 48 hours.

Credit Card
Payment by credit card is as you are used to: fast and uncomplicated. After sending your order, the amount will be reserved at your bank / card and debited at the earliest after shipment but no later than 7 days (American Express no later than 28 days).
